Beautiful villa with two bedrooms and large living room with open kitchen, equipped with pots and pans. Immersed in a beautiful garden together with another villa (unit also available for rent) in the Piras Village, a prestigious, very quiet residential area on the island of Maddalena. The large garden with Mediterranean species, mastic and olive trees, surrounds the house and guarantees complete privacy. The Village is silent, with traffic limited to resident cars. The house, at floor level without steps, is very safe and suitable for families with children (baby kit also available) and the elderly. The three beaches of the village are easily reached in five minutes on foot along the main road. One of the beaches, Cala Grande, has a children's playground and showers. The house is furnished with solid wood furniture, typical of Sardinia and consists of a large living room, large kitchenette, a double bedroom, a huge children's room that can accommodate up to four people and a bathroom with shower.
The large terrace, equipped with table and chairs and covered with a wooden pergola, will allow you to relax and spend wonderful evenings with the breathtaking view of the island of Caprera.
