Villa on two floors, surrounded by the green hills of Portofino Natural Park overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio.Villa Rica is located in a residential area, reachable from the center of Santa Margherita Ligure in 5 minutes by car. The house, completely independent, is surrounded by a large fenced garden, available to guests.The lower floor consists of a large rustic-style open space: in the background is a kitchen complete with every convenience, including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. Opposite, a nice dining table opens the living area, furnished with a sofa, wooden armchair, TV and fireplace. Completing the lower floor is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet, overlooking a small pergola furnished with a table and table soccer.The upper floor, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, both furnished and with a large closet. Also on the same floor is a bathroom with a bathtub.The villa has two independent entrances: one on the ground floor, with direct access to a porch which comes with a kitchen area, a fridge, a dining table and a wood oven.
