FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; double bedroom; living room with terrace and double sofa bed (1.60m wide); bathroom with tub. ANNEX – Open-plan space with living area, double bed and bathroom with shower.
Park:
From the automatic gate, a short driveway leads to the parking area. The large panoramic terrace surrounding the villa hosts, on one side, the pool with a sunbathing area, and on the other, a covered area with dining table and an outdoor lounge shaded by a wooden pergola. The terrace continues with two outdoor kitchens: one equipped with a pizza oven, the other with a built-in barbecue. Each outdoor space is designed to fully enjoy the breathtaking sea view. The terraced garden, which surrounds the house, is planted with fruit trees typical of the area, including oranges, lemons, and figs.
Swimming Pool:
The pool, in a soft uneven shape, is 1,3 m deep and approximately 8 x 4 m. From its solarium complete with sunbeams and umbrellas you can soak up the sun as well as take in the incredible views. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.
