The villa is located on the sea in a seaside resort (Fontane Bianche), about 15 km from Syracuse. Provided with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, ADSL wifi and parabola (on sky card required).

The sea area of Fontane Bianche has a long beach of fine white sand and crystal clear sea with beaches and beaches reachable on foot (about 650 m) and a small cliff with golfetti, platforms and Sun in the immediate vicinity (about 600 m).
