Completely renovated, among the vineyards of the Langhe and with a wonderful view of the Monviso, Villa Dolcetto is a very nice residence in the Barolo and Barbaresco areas, not far from Alba, Neive, Asti and other suggestive realities of the lower Piedmont.
The dwelling can host up to 10 people, there are two bedrooms on the first floor with a sofa bed in the living area and one bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa bed in the living area. Welcoming in the rational lines that characterize the exterior, the house inside, with a surface of 70 square meters, offers a very warm and intimate environment thanks to the vaulted ceilings in terracotta tiles, the exposed brick walls such as the wooden beams, modern and functional furnishings.
The view from the windows and any other opening, including the large panoramic windows, is truly wonderful. From here you will see the endless Piedmont hills that will make you find yourself living your wonderful holiday in a place on the edge of the world.
Enjoy the great outdoors, perhaps giving yourself a nice dip in the extraordinary salt water infinity pool on a unique and unforgettable panorama. A large tiled solarium with deck chairs, umbrella and a small table with armchairs awaits you by the pool for moments of relaxation between peace and rest. In the outdoor areas there is also a children's play area and a barbecue area. Villa Dolcetto boasts a green garden of 2,500 square meters.
