Villa Diomedea is a prestigious historical luxury residence of approximately 500 square meters, spanning three levels and capable of accommodating up to eight guests. The structure is characterized by its authentic architectural and decorative details preserved over centuries. On the ground floor, the main living area features high vaulted ceilings, handmade terracotta floors, and an elegant decorative stone fireplace, along with air conditioning and a dining table for ten people. The professional kitchen is fully equipped with a five-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, ice maker, and toaster. Connected to the main space is a second living room with refined sofas; from here, a staircase of thirteen steps leads to a mezzanine level featuring a vaulted ceiling, a queen-size double bed, and a single bed. Descending eight steps from the second living room, guests find a wellness area with a wooden sauna and a full bathroom with a shower.
The sleeping quarters continue on the first floor with a single bedroom and its own en-suite bathroom. The second floor houses a third bedroom with a king-size bed, desk, and satellite television, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds that can be configured as a king-size bed upon request. These rooms share a large bathroom decorated with handmade mosaics, featuring a double sink and a Jacuzzi tub.
