This beautiful villa, completely renovated in 2014, is dates back to the 18th century. It is positioned in the middle of a 64 acres property, on beautiful green hills, and very close to an uncontaminated sea cost. The name is Villa Renaissance, and it is locatedon the top of Poggio Capraio hill. The location is truly wonderful, very quiet, characteristic, fully immersed in the countryside, in one of the most delightful corners of Tuscany. The villa, which has been converted from an old stone farmhouse, has been completely renovated in 2014, it has a swimming pool and private park (the garden is large 2 hectares), and is at the center of a farm of 65 hectares. Fully equipped and furnished with care, with antique furniture and local handicrafts, it is made up of large common areas (two living rooms, two dining rooms), a large independent kitchen: (fridge, freezer, oven, gas cooker with 5 burners , dishwasher), 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate laundry room, satellite TV, DVD, internet connection ADSL no-limits, air conditioning, sauna, whirlpool, gym (also a wall from free klimbing), children's games. A private swimming pool (mt.12 x 6 mt) is available in the summer months, a well-kept garden of 20000 mq.con pets (cats and dogs) friendly and playful full ownership. The large outdoor spaces good (covered patio, pergola with a large wooden table, seating, hammocks), barbecue. Private parking for 4 cars.
