Summary: It is a very nice house, with everything you need. The sea is only 5 minutes away, the shops are quite near so you don't have to go far. The house also had an air conditioner, which was great because it was nice and cool inside. There were convenient transport links to Rome. The hostess was very welcoming and gave us all the necessary information. I would recommend renting a car to see all the near parks and sights/places of interest. You should also definitely have some sort of insect repellents because there are lots of mosquitoes and other various bugs. In the area where we stayed, there were very few people who spoke a language other than Italian. Overall, the holiday was great and I would definitely recommend it.
