The apartment has two entrances, one from the garden and one from the street, enjoys abundant sunlight throughout the day, making it bright and cheerful. This is a rare feature in Italy, where many buildings are shaded by narrow streets. The location is the quietest and the nicest, overlooking the gardens from where the lovely chirping of birds comes.
