Rousa, a small, fine guesthouse in the middle of Oberrasen in the beautiful Antholz Valley. Here an old, simple farmhouse meets original design.
The 57 m² flat "cosy kombi" on the 2nd floor combines 2 individual units: One comes with a star-view window above the king-size bed, the other with a cosy sleeping alcove, gallery with 2-3 more sleeping places and balcony. In addition, our small inner courtyard with herb garden and outdoor lounge awaits.
Each unit: satellite TV, safe, chest of drawers or wardrobe and kitchenette with hob, fridge with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and dishwashing utensils, filter coffee maker and Italian mocha.
Both bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet shower and washbasin, hairdryer, towels and hand soap.
The original parlour on the ground floor serves a delicious breakfast every day. This cosy room is also a great place to linger during the day or in the evening. Lots of books, card and board games as well as a trust bar await you there!
Final cleaning included, for more than 7 days also an intermediate cleaning. Laundry service for a fee.
