The property is set within a vast 14,000-square-meter private park, enclosed by rows of olive trees and featuring a beautiful flower garden enriched with tall trees, some of which are exotic species.

The ROSEMARY DWELLING is located on the ground floor of a two-story building.
It consists of an open space area furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe. In the dining area, there is a kitchenette, a TV, a refrigerator, and a table. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. From the veranda, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The patio is furnished with loungers to provide a well-deserved moment of relaxation.
