Despite the location in the middle of the greenery, it is only 1.5 km to the small village store and the local trattoria and 5 km to the center of the coastal town of Imperia Porto Maurizio with the market in the pedestrian zone, the picturesque harbor, its restaurants and the fine sandy beaches.
The house is located in a quiet and secluded area. In the front part of the house live the landlords, a friendly couple with two dogs. The 80 m² vacation apartment is at ground level on the garden side. The apartment is well separated and on a different level than the main house. It consists of a well-equipped kitchen-living room with wood stove for the transitional period and double sofa bed , two bedrooms (160x200) and a nice bathroom. In front of the apartment is a shaded patio with inviting seating area. To the right, your car also has its covered parking space. Four-legged guests are also very welcome here. However, if you are on vacation with children, please note that some terraces and stairs are not secured with railings.
There is space for up to two cars in the private parking lot in front of the house within the grounds. The comfortable gas central heating makes relaxed vacations on cooler days possible.
