From here, a lift leads to the annex on the upper floor, furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV, which boasts access to the beautiful terrace on two levels featuring a dining table and relaxation areas, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air while admiring the view over the rooftops of Santa Margherita and the sea.The living room leads to another terrace equipped with a dining table and deck chairs, communicating with the one on the upper level through a spiral staircase.The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, all complete with an ensuite bathroom with shower, two with a queen-size bed each, one with a single bed.
