Positive: Appartamento bello, ma ... beautiful appartment, but ...

Negative: everything is ok if you follow the rules of the owner: I really risked to sleep on the street, as due to late arrival of my train I arrived at the appartment at 5 p.m. and not 4 p.m. (still largely within regular check-in time!). It took me 30 minutes on the phone to convince him to be there to open the appartment. The owner cannot send anybody else as only HE can do the check in because only HE can find out if a document was fake or real!!! And HE had to go to work and could not open later than 4 p.m. ... Once in the appartment everything is fine, if you: do not touch the floor with your luggage (leave it outside, as it could scratch the wooden floor), use the right tissue to clean the kitchen (it could scratch the sutface), empty the bins before leaving the appartment, undo and fold the used blanckets before leaving the appartment, pay Euro 300 deposit in cash upon arrival for any damage you cause (you will get it back with bank transfer after a few days) ... So if you follow the owners rules (HE will explain it 5 times to you anyways!!) everything is fine ...
