Positive: Everything about our stay was perfect. Raffaele is the best host we have ever had in any guest house anywhere. He was friendly and always offered to help. He communicates frequently with guests on WhatsApp to check in and make sure we are happy. He booked a restaurant for us when we asked him. There is nothing that he will not do to ensure his guests are well cared for. The room is beautiful and clean and the view over the valley is the consummate Tuscan view. A perfect stay! Thank you Raffaele and your family. ☺️
