The “Lepanto” metro station is less than 10 minutes walk and 2 stops away from Spanish Step stop and Rome historic center.

It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed (will be prepared only in case of 3 or 4 guests booking), kitchen corner and dining table, and a bathroom with shower.

For booking for up to 2 guests will be prepared only the double bed. Only in case of booking for 3 or 4 guests will be prepared also the sofa bed.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 115 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
