The house, with its large windows, welcomes you on the ground floor with the elegant and immense open space of the living area, with dining corner and sitting corner, and large kitchen. The splendid staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is very elegant with a double bath. On the second floor a double bedroom with French bed with bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The whole house is furnished with taste and elegance. The villa, which was once a large family home, has been divided into two but the part dedicated to guests has complete autonomy from the part inhabited by the owners who share with the guests only the entrance gate to the large garden.
Formia, on the Gulf of Gaeta, among the most beautiful places on the entire Lazio coast, just an hour away from ROME and NAPLES, is the ideal place for a holiday.
