It is located in the enchanting historic center of Pizzo (VV), a stone's throw from Piazza Della Repubblica, also famous for the bars where the delicious truffle ice cream is served. The house consists of a living room / kitchen; from two bedrooms; one of which has an en-suite bathroom; two wc and a beautiful and large terrace with sea view. Excellent quality materials have been used for the renovation, such as: the hand-made glass mosaic inserts of the Trend company in the coatings of the toilets; the large porcelain stoneware floor with a faux wood finish. The floors are partly made of ancient chestnut wood; and partly in laminated wood painted white. The walls were partly left in exposed stone. Next to it there is a large and new public car park (papa parking), where you can easily park your car. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants and the famous beach of Seggiola.
