Immersed in green countryside, the house is located about 45 km from the Golfo di Orosei, whose 20 km long coastline offers various beaches (Marina di Orosei, Su Barone, Cala Ginepro, Sas Linnas Siccas, Bidderosa, Sa Curcurica, Osalla, etc.), cliffs and many coves such as Cala Luna, Cala Goloritze and the famous Cala Gonone. The cottage, a former antique country house, has interiors that are between 3 and 2 meters high. Some doors are 1.9m high. The toilet is accessible only from the outside.
