Casa la Capperina is a small tower built entirely of stone and perched on the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast with private access to the sea. The tower stands at the center of a nature reserve called “Parco Marino Punta Campanella” and the wide outer space is divided into three terraces that surround the house, allowing you to enjoy a 180° view of the sea. You can also admire the island of “Li Galli “and the rock of “Vetara” from this point. One of the terraces is a solarium and has a saltwater swimming pool and direct access to the sea.
The home is typically and charmingly built in the “Amalfi” style tradition; it is divided into two levels both overlooking the sea. On the first level there is the living room where can sleep 1 person, kitchen and a bathroom and on the other level two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house is very exclusive, and if you're looking to get away from it all, you have found the ideal spot, a little bit of Heaven on Earth!
You may want to consider renting a small boat which you can conveniently board by the private dock, making possible to quickly reach the island of Capri, the island of Li Galli, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento, the sky is the limit! Due to the fact that the house is built on a rock wall, please be aware that the path from the main road leading to the property is about 1.5 km and it is an unpaved, dirt road; also, there are about 100 steps descending from the house entrance to the actual car parking spot.
The house is a very exclusive place, ideal for a vacation at sea far from everything.
Transport and neighborood
Piano di Sorrento is located a few km from Sorrento and Positano, the property due to its location is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The car is recommended. Also due to the fact that the house is built on a rocky cliff, please be aware that the path from the main road leading to the property is about 1.5 km and is a dirt road unpaved; moreover, there are about 200 steps that descend from the entrance of the house up to the parking space.

Rental rules
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Prices are in Euros. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
A cash refundable deposit of € 300 must be provided upon arrival, it will be returned at check-out time after verifying the absence of any damage.
Check-in is from 15.00 to 19:00. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
Late check-in fee (after 19:00): € 50.
Prices include taxes, towels, bed linens and electricity.
For rentals longer than 8 days, cleaning and linen change will be performed, halfway through the stay at no cost.

City tax: € 4 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
