Summary: On a scale of 1-10 we rate this lovely Perigean Villa a 10++++++. A winding lane leads you to this fabulous home with a hillside setting & spectacular panoramas of Perugia and surrounding countryside! When you step inside you will love all of the natural light, wide open floor plan & volume ceilings of this home. Our favorite spot was the window seat in front of the picture window. The kitchen was expertly stocked and also allows you to be connected with your fellow travelers while still enjoying the amazing views. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and all were “white glove” clean and featured modern fixtures and great tile-work. The property manager, Lara, greeted us and showed us around and was always quick to respond when needed, she offered suggestions & referrals in the area. While the weather did not cooperate for us, you will be sure to enjoy the terrace, the gardens and swimming pool. This home exceeded our expectations and i would encourage you to book asap as I expect the word will get out and calendar will be booked! - MN
