Description: Wonderful portion of a villa, with a garden on two levels equipped with table and chairs where you can admire the magnificence of the Macerata hills, all made even more special by a private swimming pool overlooking the Sibillini mountains. At the entrance we will find a large living area, divided into two, the first part furnished with sofas, chairs and TV, the second with a glass table and chairs. The living area looks directly onto the garden. Adjacent is a full bathroom with tub. Separate, habitable and fully equipped kitchen. Leaving the kitchen, the corridor leads to the sleeping area where we find, on the left, the master bedroom with double bed, single bed with access to the terrace, immediately after we have the second bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, access to the terrace and large full bathroom with shower inside the room. If, on the other hand, at the end of the corridor we turn right we find the third bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and complete private bathroom with bathtub, the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and air conditioning, finally, always in the corridor, we have another complete bathroom with shower cubicle. Laundry room equipped with washing machine, sink and clothesline. Sleeping area with direct access to the outside. The villa is equipped with parquet flooring throughout the living area and marble in the kitchen. WI-FI coverage throughout the house. There is a double reserved parking space inside the property. It is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing corner immersed in nature, retreating into its almost absolute stillness, yet convenient for easily reaching historic villages, steeped in art and food and wine traditions, of which the Marches are rich.
