We recently finished renovating this manor house strategically located within the "La Pinetina" regional park.
This large farmhouse surrounded by 7 hectares of private and totally fenced park is less than 30 minutes by car from Fiera Milano, Como and Varese and in just about 40 minutes you can reach Milano’s city centre. The train station is 5 minutes on foot and with the new Pedemontana Lombarda, Malpensa can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
The house is arranged over 3 floors;
Ground floor - entrance, guest’s bathroom, kitchen and leaving area, access to basement’s laundry room. Direct access to the park and pergola from kitchen and entrance.
First floor - relax/reading area, 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 single beds, all bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, balcony.
Second floor - master bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom.
We can comfortably accommodate 6 adults with the possibility of adding 1 single bed, bringing up to 7 the sleeping adults our offer.
For children under 3 years we can freely provide 1 cot bed.
Please inform us if you will travel with your well educated four legged friends.
Due to the latest developments in health and safety measures, in order to organise at best your stay and make sure that we comply to all cleaning measures we can offer our property for a minimum of 3 nights. Should you wish to stay for a shorter period please write us, we will do our upmost to meet your requirements.
