Positive: Very new secure house. The room we had was very clean and tidy. We had a balcony with comfortable seating and a table. The bathroom was spacious. Very nicely done. Great layout. Shower was great. The host was very pleasant and welcoming. He recommended the Fish restaurant right on the waterfront - which had great food at great prices. We did not order any breakfast however there was a communal tea/coffee station in the foyer downstairs, with some toast and jams. NOTE: restaurants in Italy don't open until approximately 7-8pm 😂. (I am used to eating around 6pm) 😆

Negative: Nothing to fault at this accommodation.
