La Fratta is immersed in the countryside of the Marsciano area, in the province of Perugia, just 20 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. Renovated in full respect of its era, it was personalized and designed by them, with artistic interventions that express care and the will to recreate a reinterpreted, new, lively and warm space. The apartment is autonomous but inserted in the structure where the owners also live, Elisabetta, Luca and the small Eugenio. In fact, Fratta is also the home and studio of Luca Leandri, a ceramist sculptor and his wife Elisabetta.
