Situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico, La Fontanella is perfectly placed for exploring the region's famous wineries, castles, and towns. From the villa, you can walk to the centre of San Sano, where you’ll find a local restaurant and small grocery shop. The nearby village of Lecchi is also reachable on foot, while Gaiole is just 10 minutes away by car and offers further dining options, shops, a small COOP supermarket and bicycle rentals.
The villa is divided into two self-contained apartments, providing privacy for two families or groups while offering shared spaces for time together. The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor dinners, and the garden features a children’s play area, pizza oven and barbecue.
