Right between Città di Castello and Cortona (22 km each) lies this rustic vacation home with private pool in the hills. Above the pool area, from the valley side of the house you enter the living room and kitchen-dining room, with bathroom with shower; from the mountain side, through separate ground-level entrances, you reach the three bedrooms (each with bathroom and open shower); and two galleries with double sofa bed one, with a single bed the other, also each with bathroom and shower. Crib on request. The cottage belongs to an agricultural farm located a little above the small village, where you can also rent an outbuilding with three more beds right next door (payment on the spot) and where other guest rooms are also rented. From the owner you can buy fresh vegetables, olive oil and honey on the spot; on request she will be happy to cook her guests local dishes (pasta dishes of all kinds, wild boar) in the small trattoria of the farm. The rural atmosphere is ideal for families looking to be close to nature. A small fishing lake is at guests' disposal. There are many excursions from here to the nearby Umbrian and Tuscan towns such as Città di Castello and Cortona (22 km), Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio (about 50 km). 1 km S.Leo Bastia with grocery store, bar, post office; 10 km Trestina with stores of all kinds.
