Villa Mauro is not an agritourism, but our country house that you will feel like yours, gently nestled in the beautiful hills of the Marche, reserved, peaceful, quiet, immersed in the countryside lovingly cared for and worked by farmers attentive to traditions, friendly and genuine, with a wide view where you can admire the medieval towns near Mondolfo, San Costanzo and the village of Stacciola.
Villa Mauro has just been renovated, respecting the architectural canons and using original materials, such as: bricks for the internal and external flooring, wooden beams and tiles for the floors.
Internal house description: Villa Mauro is on two floors for a total of about 120 m². The accommodation capacity is for 7 people plus a cot.
On the ground floor: a large living room-lounge furnished with armchairs, double sofa bed, TV (decoder), dining area with table; a kitchen with table, TV, fridge, electric oven, hob with 5 burners and fireplace;
full bathroom with bathtub; laundry area with sink and washing machine. On the first floor: double bedroom with walk-in closet; bedroom with French bed; full bathroom with shower.
Exterior of the house and surroundings: The large outdoor flooring allows you to relax, but also to have lunch, in the shade of a centuries-old mulberry tree, and a gazebo with garden armchairs. We also offer our guests an outdoor barbecue.
Parking spaces (three cars) are uncovered, but inside the property.
the villa is equipped with an outdoor hydromassage pool for maximum relaxation for 6 people.
