Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Il Giardino nel Parco. It's just outside the old town, in a quiet, residential area. Silvia was there to meet us and show us around the apartment and answer all our questions. She helped us get a reservation at Trattoria del Ghiottoni, a highly rated restaurant less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
We asked her advice about getting to the airport for an early flight and she arranged for the taxi and met us at 6:00 in the morning to make sure everything went well with the taxi pickup.
The apartment is in a great location for walking into the old town and enjoying a quiet neighborhood with good, non-touristy restaurants. There's a Despar supermarket a couple blocks from the apartment.
We highly recommend Il Giardino and Silvia!
