Games for children and opportunity for sporting activities (volley, bocce, badminton, two mountain bikes) are not missing. A little below flows a cool mountain stream - here bathing, especially for children, becomes a very special experience.
Directly from the house you can reach the picturesque monasteries of St. Francis on hiking trails, or trek through the forests of the natural park to the top of Alpe della Luna (1,450 m). Warm thermal baths can be found at Città di Castello (10 km). A few kilometers away are the charming towns of Sansepolcro 6 km, Anghiari (15 km) and Città di Castello (10 km), which are well worth a visit: medieval streets and squares with colorful life.
