At 2 km from the house there is the train and bus station that connects it to the various localities of the Adriatic coast like Bibione and Caorle.
The farm, during the summer months, allows you to watch the moments of fruit harvesting; on request it organizes visits and "open doors" to tourists with tasting and sale of their products. The green area surrounding the house is used for parking (free and wooded) and for ping-pong and five-a-side football on the lawn. The company is close to the Tagliamento river, which allows you to dive into its fresh and clear waters, to the "Parco dei Pappagalli" oasis of the WWF and to the various tourist resorts of the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia-Giulia.
