Old single house from 1800 on four floors completely renovated to new with all modern comforts while maintaining the authenticity that distinguishes it. On the ground floor you will find a large furnished entrance hall, ski and bicycle storage, a bathroom, a laundry room complete with washer and dryer as well as a spa with a large sauna, emotional showers and two comfortable loungers to enjoy the total relaxation that the house offers. The second floor is an openspace with a dining room, kitchen with fully equipped island and a comfortable living room with 65" smart TV in addition to a corner dedicated to a sitting area created in the old "caminaza." The second floor, on the other hand, consists of 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom complete with shower and wall-hung bathroom fixtures. The fourth and last attic floor, has been entirely dedicated to a triple suite with private bathroom also complete suspended, 60" smart TV and walk-in closet, the latter also enjoys a furnished terrace from which you can enjoy the view accompanied by the sound of the river that runs alongside the house.
