The accommodation is comfortable and welcoming, furnished, air-conditioned (climate + ceiling fans) and complete with all the necessary accessories for cooking and setting. It is very close to the beach (100 meters, 3 minutes on foot), which is accessible for free and is a popular destination for Kitesurf lovers.
The neighborhood is very quiet and a few meters away there are bars, tobacconists and mini markets; there are also restaurants and pizzerias.
The seaside area of Manfria, whose sandy coast is renowned for its extension and beauty, is located 7 km from Gela, about 8 minutes by car, and 30 minutes from Licata, another well-known seaside resort. The warm season, however, usually lasts until October, and you can even swim. Furthermore, Gela beach is much loved by all those who practice kitesurfing all year round and, in particular, for the kitesurfing festival, which usually takes place in late August.
The point is excellent for getting around and visiting the famous city of the Temples, Agigento, the renowned baroque of Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Modica and the Byzantine mosaics of Piazza Armerina.
