Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful but for nearly $300/night, the facility was run down. 1) Carpeting in the hallways was all torn up and dirty. 2) No access to the fitness center with your key. Had to request access at front desk .. 30 people in line and the wait to see someone to request access was estimated to be like 30 minutes plus. There were only 2 people in the fitness center and staff had a key outside the fitness center but would not let me in, telling me I need approval from front desk. I will not stay again. Very disappointed.
