On the ground floor there is 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom, on the first floor there is one double bedroom, and one room with bunk beds (adult size) and a single bed, both with en-suite bathrooms, and on the second floor there are one double bedroom and one large 2 single beds room convertible to 4 single beds and 1 bathroom.
There is a well equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances, a dining area with views out to the garden and a large living area with a wonderful fireplace, an ideal place to relax indoors, that leads to the outdoor patio with sheltered outdoor dining area and barbecue area.
The villa is tastefully furnished, the floors are in terracotta, bathroom in Siena marble, patio and fireplace made of travertine and river stones. Refined decorations and trompe l'oeil walls.
