The flat is located on the third floor of an historic building in the historical centre of Bevagna, only 5 minutes (on walk) from the church of San Silvestro and the bus stop, and 8 minutes (on walk) from Porta Cannara. The flat is also 10 minutes (by car) from Foligno, and 30 minutes (by car) from Perugia. Cosy, comfortable and tastefully furnished.
-Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and radiators, which have a double bed and ultra-comfortable memory mattress. The first, has a terrace connected with the kitchen, with a wonderful view of the countryside and with large mirrors that give depth and brightness. The second, on the other hand, overlooks the alleys of the old town, and is furnished with fine wooden furniture. Both rooms have bedside tables next to the bed with abatjours and power sockets for charging the phones, as well as huge wardrobes and chests of drawers for storing clothes and suitcases, so that they are not left on the floor or in the middle of the room.
-The bathroom
The bathroom is windowed and overlooks the countryside, and in addition to the toilet and sink, there is a bidet, a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a radiator, a hamper for used laundry and a wastebasket. We also provide a hair dryer and beauty kits consisting of hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and hair caps. A set of clean towels of three different sizes will be provided for each guest. Household cleaning products are also provided.
-Kitchen
The kitchen is complete with: stove, oven, filter hood, coffee maker, chopping boards, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, herbal teas. There is also dishwashing liquid, sponge and cloths. The kitchen is habitable, and is connected to the terrace by a French door. It also has a snack counter with stools connecting it with the living area.
-The living room
The living area is very spacious. In the centre of the living room is the wood-burning fireplace, to its left is the sofa with a coffee table and a Smart TV with a curved screen that will allow you to watch Netflix and Prime video with your account or simply satellite TV with all the channels. Next to the sofa is a lamp with RGB LED light that allows you to change the colour of the light at will. Behind the sofa is the Wi-Fi router with a 1Gb/s connection that allows high-speed surfing throughout the house. To the right of the fireplace, on the other hand, there is an antique large wooden dining table with room for 8 people. Finally, there are antique wooden cupboards in the living room for guests' use and a window overlooking the historic centre.
Guests will have access to the entire flat and the entire stairwell, except for a few lockers in which some products used by the cleaning staff are kept.
-PARKING LOTS
In front of the property, there is a square with several unguarded parking spaces. The street is very quiet and safe, but if needed, there are several guarded pay car parks open 24 hours a day.
-Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted on balconies and windows, or on the terrace. Penalties will be applied if this condition is violated.
-Check-in and Check-out
Self check-in and self check-out via a coded safe deposit box containing the keys, located to the right of the building's entrance door. Check-in time is flexible and is to be arranged with the host, while check-out time is fixed at 10:00 AM.
