The flat ( approximately 30 square meters) is located in via Tibula on the first floor of a small building surrounded by a tree lined garden. It is about 10 minutes walk from the city centre with Vittorio Emanuele I square, 650m, and the beach "Rena Bianca" (Blue Flag), 800m, and it is only 5 minutes drive from Capo Testa, a peninsula with a variety of beaches, small bays, an archeological site and nature trails.
This flat has a strategic location, close to supermarket, bank, grocery shops, bakery, chemist, cafés, restaurants, newsagent, children playground, tourist medical centre, bus station, Thurdsay morning’s food market, post office, two self service launderettes and shops.
The flat sleeps up to 2 people and consists of a small living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a large master bedroom with a king bed, 150cm, and two small balconies overlooking a communal garden, one of them furnished with a small table, two chairs, parasol clothes rack drier.
The kitchen is equipped with the indispensable for cooking: pots, pans, Italian caffettiera, cutlery, plates, glasses, spatulas etc...
There is a small television with digital decoder.
The accommodation is not equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, bed linen and towels. If the bed linen and towels are needed please let us know in advance, the set for two people is 25 Euro.
There is no air conditioning but we provide the flat with a ventilator.
Wireless internet access is free and available in the garden at the front of the small building where the flat is located.
Upon your arrival:
My co-hostess deals with the arrivals and departures, she takes care of the rental contracts which have to be signed upon arrival- very important to me for tax purposes- and compiles the guests’ slips for the Police. She also and more importantly makes sure that everything runs smoothly during your stay. Check-in is between 4 pm and 10 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The check in can be anticipated whether possible but the check out is always at 10. Please ask.
I do not have private parking but in via Tibula and in its surroundings there is free parking. Apart from the middle of August, it is not particularly difficult to park in via Tibula or in the streets around.
House rules:
The flat has to be left in decent conditions and the kitchen and its utensils clean. We also asks our guests to keep the noise to a minimum.

L'appartamento (30 mq) si trova al secondo piano di una piccola palazzina in via Tibula circondato da un giardino alberato, dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico con piazza Vittorio Emanuele I, 650m, e la bellissima spiaggia " Rena Bianca" (Bandiera Blu), 800 m, e dista solo 5 minuti di auto da Capo Testa, penisola ricca di spiagge, calette, sito archeologico e passeggiate naturalistiche.
Supermercato, banca, negozio di alimentari, panetteria, farmacia, bar, ristoranti, ufficio postale, pizzerie, edicola, parco giochi per bambini, centro medico turistico, stazione degli autobus, lavanderie self service, mercato del giovedì mattina, negozi sono a pochi passi!
Sistemazione e dotazioni:
L'appartamento può ospitare 2 persone ed è composto da un soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno con doccia, una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale di 1,50 m di larghezza) e due balconcini che si affacciano su un giardino condominiale, di cui uno arredato con un tavolino, due sedie, un ombrellone e uno stendibiancheria.
La cucina è dotata dell'indispensabile per cucinare: pentole, padelle, caffettiera, posate, piatti, bicchieri, mestoli ecc..
Il soggiorno ha un piccolo televisore con decoder digitale.
L'alloggio non è dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, forno, biancheria da letto e da bagno. Possiamo fornire lenzuola e asciugamani se necessario, il set per 2 persone è di 25 euro. Per favore fatecelo sapere in anticipo se servono cosi' la co hostess le prepara.
Non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma c'è un ventilatore.
La connessione internet wireless è gratuita e disponibile nell'area del giardino di fronte all'edificio in cui si trova l'appartamento.
Parcheggio:
Non dispongo di parcheggio privato, ma in via Tibula e dintorni c'è un parcheggio gratuito. A parte intorno al periodo di ferragosto, non è particolarmente difficile parcheggiare in via Tibula o nelle vicinanze.
Al suo arrivo:
La mia co-hostess si occupa degli arrivi e delle partenze, si occupa dei contratti di locazione che devono essere firmati all'arrivo - per me molto importante ai fini fiscali e in caso di controllo della guardia di finanza- e compila le schede alloggiati per la polizia. Si assicura anche che tutto funzioni senza intoppi durante il suo soggiorno. Il check-in è dalle 16:00 alle 22:00 e il check-out è alle 10:00. Il check in puo' essere anticipato se possibile ma il check out è sempre alle 10.
Regole della casa
L'appartamento deve essere lasciato in condizioni decorose e la cucina e i suoi utensili puliti.
Chiediamo inoltre che il rumore venga tenuto al minimo sopratutto la sera.
