The refined ground floor apartment, which forms part of this wonderful traditional Italian country house, is surrounded by glorious rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards and spectacular views. The apartment consists of a spacious living area, a bedroom, a small hallway that connects the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom, with shower,sink, toilet and bidet.
The whole apartment floors are original terracotta vintage as well as the doors, the kitchen area is composed of bench stone floor with terracotta handmade, in which they are the flat fires and a magnificent large sink carved from a single block of travertine.
The marble-topped table, a cupboard for utensils, chairs, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the bedroom,the cabinet in the bathroom, the mirrors are all antique late nineteenth century early twentieth century, restored with respect and attention.
The bedroom has a double bed that can be used as two single beds and in the large leaving there is a comfortable double sofa bed.
All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets and the windows are protected by iron bars of the type Franciscan.
The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts: taps mixers, kitchen fires with automatic starting of the engine, microwave, kettle, color TV with DVD player, wireless network and can use the washing machine if necessary.
We can enjoy tomatoes, chard, zucchini, salads of various kinds, peas, beans, broccoli and cauliflower, grapes, strawberries, depending on the season. We also collect from our belowed trees plums, peaches, apricots, apples and walnuts.
