From the villa you have a panoramic sight on the surrounding valley. It allows to quickly reach the principal cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria and Lazio. It has a large garden with 15x5 meter swimming pool (all for private use of the tenant, the location gives a lot of privacy). Pool and villa are surrounded by a well maintained lawn. There are in total 4 bedrooms (9 sleeps). One on the ground floor, the other are all on the first floor of the building. The villa can also be spilt in two homes each with own kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms (one suitlabe for a family of 5 the other for a family of 4). The living room on the ground can be used as 5th bedroom (there a double and a single sofa bed). It's possible to eat outdoor under the equipped porch, to cook there is at disposition also a barbecue. The nearest restaurant is 2 Kms far away, there are also two little food stores 1,3 kms from the property. A larger one is at 3 kms from the villa, big food stores and more shops are available in the town of Narni (9 Kms).
