Of the four bathrooms, three have a shower and one has a bathtub. There are also two outdoor hot showers. Double sofa beds and a single bed in different living rooms can accommodate other guests.

The villa, very quiet, allows privacy even within the same group of people, as it has four separate entrances. Some rooms have air conditioning, including two double bedrooms and a dining room, others have a shovel.
