You will enjoy a peaceful holiday in contact with nature despite its proximity to essential services. Arona and Stresa are 15 minutes' drive away and Lesa and Meina with their lake and beaches are about 5 minutes' drive away. The motorway exit is also about 5 minutes' drive away. The living room has a sitting area with satellite TV and a large dining table for 8 persons. From the living room you have access to the balcony with lake view furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. On this floor is the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a table for 6 persons and the bathroom with shower/tub. On the lower floor is the sleeping area specially designed on this floor for sleeping al fresco. Here we find a double bedroom overlooking a small garden, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a third bedroom with a single bed and pull-out bed. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. From the living room you go up to the loft with beautiful exposed wooden beams, here there is a sitting area with TV and bookcase and a separate area with a double sofa bed. Board games and a table football are available for guests. The loft windows are equipped to be darkened for sleeping. From the loft there is access to the garden equipped with dining table, barbecue and sun umbrella; the pool has a sunbathing area with sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxing in total privacy.
