The villa is located in a hilly position with a vast view over the surrounding hills and offers its guests a large swimming pool with solarium area, a gazebo equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds and a portable barbecue. The property is entirely fenced.
The villa is set on two floors. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen with direct access to the outside, a service bathroom, a large living area with dining table, sofas and TV area which leads to an external gazebo equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds to enjoy maximum relaxation with a panoramic view. On the first floor, accessible both via an internal and external staircase, there are four double bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with French bed and a bathroom with shower.
