Summary: Our room at Casa Villa Gardenia was clean and quiet. The breakfast offered in the morning was good with a variety of options. There is a coffee machine that is capable of making multiple types of good coffee variations. The parking lot for the hotel was also secure with a gate surrounding the entire hotel area. The hotel was a great stay and conveniently located next to the Durando bus stop (line 6) to make the trip to main island of Venezia.
