Positive: The host Marco was there to meet us on arrival who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and well appointed. There is a communal pool in the condo complex to use, the apartment is on the ground floor so this was convenient for our family. There was a full kitchen and full sized fridge, as well as good AC and a washer. There is a covered porch where you can dry your clothing, with some furniture and sun loungers along with a small table. The grounds are tidy and well kept and the neighbourhood is quiet. Murta Maria is a small town with some restaurants and stores and a good grounding spot to explore the area with many beaches close by as well as a Less than 15 minute drive to Olbia.

Negative: Nothing, we had a great stay.

Summary: We had a lovely, although too short stay, at the apartment. We would stay again, Marco was responsive and kind.
