Casa Marleon is an enchanting home, located in the historic centre of one of the most fascinating towns in Romagna, Santarcangelo, in the Rimini area. Recently renovated, it offers those staying here a modern and refined environment, where design blends with comfort to give guests a unique experience. Some original elements, such as the stone walls or the attractive tuff caves, present in the basement, combine with the modernity of the furnishing elements, in a lovely harmonious result. One of the most attractive points of Casa Marleon is undoubtedly the elegant wellness area located in the basement, complete with hydromassage tub with waterfall, sauna and Turkish bath where you can enjoy moments of genuine relaxation. Two bedrooms, elegant and cosy, are equipped with whirlpool tubs and offer a breathtaking view of the charming town of Santarcangelo di Romagna: an oasis of wellness and beauty that will make you feel pampered and special. Furthermore, the jukebox on the ground floor and ìthe video games in the games room are ideal for having fun with friends and indulging in moments of entertainment. The beating heart of the historic centre of Santarcangelo, just a few minutes' walk away, is equipped with all main services, bars and restaurants, where you can sample the rich food and wine tradition of Romagna.
Interior:
Casa Marleon is on three levels connected by stairs. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with central island and dining area. A large hallway (equipped with jukebox) leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom (with pouf that can be converted into a single bed) equipped with a whirlpool tub, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. From the hallway, a staircase in wood and iron leads to the mezzanine games area, complete with sofas, table with chairs, smart TV, play station console, home theatre system and a video game booth. The ground floor has two further secondary entrances that open into a hallway and a double bedroom (with a pouf that can be converted into a single bed), complete with ensuite bathroom with shower. The basement is reached down a large staircase with stone steps, and consists of a bright dining area with direct access to the welcoming panoramic terrace, complete with table and chairs. A glass window divides the dining room from the kitchen, which leads to the laundry room and the small, but evocative, tuff cave. From the dining room a large hallway leads to the splendid wellness area (up one step) composed of a blue mosaic hydromassage tub with waterfall, sauna, Turkish bath, a shower and a guest bathroom. The floor is completed by a large double bedroom with a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and equipped with a well-stocked bar area, fireplace, sofa and TV. The first floor is entirely dedicated to a double bedroom with a whirlpool tub, a 140 cm double sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
