Located in a picturesque farm that produces wine and oil, and raises Cinta Senese pigs, sheeps, goats and a donkey, the complex is the perfect choice for a countryside getaway.
The complex is made up by 6 apartments divided into 3 different buildings: the units A, B and C are located on the top floor of the main villa, the units D and E are located into a separate cottage, the unit F is an indipendent house made of bricks.
As guests of Casa Fattorina apartments you will also be able to enjoy the natural lake and the swimming pool with phyto-purification system part of the estate.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the complex along a 500-meters (1640-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 9 meters (29.5 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by characteristic trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and a side view of the lake. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and hammocks. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and a side view of the lake. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include two armchairs. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
