The complex, made up of five apartments and three independed houses, is part of a large farm located in the countryside, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. On site, part of the same estate, you will also findan equestrian center and an educational farm.
As guests of Casa Brina units you will be able to take part (upon request and for a fee)in several activities such as horse riding lessons, horseback riding/trekking, truffle hunting, seasonal works of the farm,educational courses on plants and farm animals.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by awnings. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room (Common Room)

It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
