Beautiful vacation home with private pool, located directly on the promenade of Terracina, a historic and popular seaside resort in the Lazio region. From the large, slightly elevated terrace in front of the house you have a magnificent view of the Gulf to the picturesque promontory of Circeo. Thanks to the furnished and seaside terrace and the large barbecue, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors and accompanied by the sound of the crashing waves. The house consists of two internally unconnected units. The interiors and furnishings are designed to provide every comfort: large living areas with three fireplaces, bedrooms (all but one) with direct access to the garden, two large kitchens, air conditioning. This vacation home can satisfy many preferences: from the pleasure of simply relaxing by the pool or just cross the street and lie on the beach to the opportunity to take a ferry / jet from the port in Terracina to visit the beautiful Pontine islands of Ponza and Ventotene, or even to go sightseeing tours to Rome (100 km) or Naples (163 km).
