Surrounded by a mature and shady garden, the villa features spacious interiors, stunning outdoor spaces and a beautiful swimming pool. Welcome additions include a gym, outdoor kitchen and play area. The villa spans three floors, covering 500 sq m. GROUND FLOOR: Main entrance leading to a bright open-plan living and dining area with ornamental fireplace and large French windows opening to the garden; Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access; Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub; Guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with tub; Two twin bedrooms (joinable beds), one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with a bathroom with tub. LOWER FLOOR: TV room; Gym with treadmill, multifunction station, and weights; Bathroom with shower; Laundry room with external access. Air conditioning in the bedrooms in the living area and in the tv room.
Park:
The fully fenced 3,000 sq m grounds offer total privacy and a rich array of plants, including oaks, maritime pines, olive trees, and colourful flowering plants like lavender, irises and camellias. Shaded areas, benches and relaxation corners provide serene spots to enjoy the garden’s natural beauty. A wooden gazebo houses an outdoor kitchen equipped with a marble counter, sink, and infrared barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. A children’s play area is shaded by large trees, there’s table tennis and games, as well as ample parking available for up to six cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located 40 m from the villa, accessed via terracotta steps and a gravel path: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 10 x 5 m with depths ranging from 1.45 to 1.85 m; Stone-effect PVC lining; Chlorine purification; Internal lighting; Hydromassage platform; Automatic cover for safety and temperature maintenance. The terracotta solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, benches, a swing, umbrellas, an outdoor cold-water shower, and a poolside bathroom. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
