My house is not located in the center of the village so don't expect to cross the street and find all the services in the immediate vicinity of the street; if you are looking for this, it is not the right place for you ... My house is in a wonderful and fascinating natural context, still intact and preserved, a few kilometers from the towns of Arcevia, Sassoferrato and Genga, in the countryside, inside the regional park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi. It is the ideal place to get in touch with the surrounding nature and enjoy unspoiled landscapes. On foot or by bicycle, or on horseback to discover the territories and wildlife that populate the hills.
The apartment, located on the first floor of an old farmhouse entirely in stone, consists of a living room with fireplace and pellet stove with centralized connection to heating, 1 sofa bed for 1 1/2 square, kitchen with table and chairs and bathroom .
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms:

- another with bunk bed, single bed and sofa bed for 1 and 1/2 square.
